Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services purchased from OgreLogic. The specific terms of your engagement are set out in your proposal or statement of work (SOW); where that document differs from this page, the signed agreement governs.
1. Project & fixed-scope work
Project work is quoted as a fixed scope with a deposit and milestone payments. The deposit reserves your slot and covers discovery and planning, so it is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel mid-project, you're billed for work completed and any non-recoverable costs up to the cancellation date; anything paid beyond that is refunded.
2. Monthly & retainer services
Ongoing services, such as hosting, care plans, marketing retainers, and support, are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel future renewals with 30 days' notice. We don't provide partial refunds for the current period once it has started, but you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are discounted in exchange for a yearly commitment. If you cancel partway through an annual term, we can stop future billing; already-paid annual fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your agreement.
4. The Concept Sprint & audits
Fixed-price, fixed-deliverable engagements (such as a Concept Sprint or an SEO audit) are non-refundable once the work has been scheduled and started, because the value is in the deliverable we produce for you.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
Email sales@ogrelogic.com with your company name and the service in question. We'll confirm your cancellation date, any final amounts due, and any refund owed, usually within five business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We'll always try to make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of active services while we resolve it.
