Background

CWT moves waste and recyclables across New England, walking-floor and compactor trailers, transfer-station management, single-stream recycling. In a local, practical category, the work comes from being found and trusted, so CWT wanted steady online visibility and a consistent, on-brand presence, handled by one team and measured honestly month over month rather than guessed at.

What we do

OgreLogic runs CWT's SEO and social media as one ongoing program:

  • Search optimization, on-page and off-page, targeting the searches that bring jobs across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and the wider region.
  • A managed LinkedIn and Facebook program: regular posts, hiring ads, and safety and seasonal content, written and designed in-house and approved by the client before publishing.
  • Monthly reporting against Google Analytics, search rankings, and social performance, so progress is visible, not assumed.

The results, from a standing start

When the program began in October 2025, none of the target keywords ranked in Google. By the latest report, 15 keywords were ranking, with 8 in the top 10, including number one for "waste transportation services Massachusetts," "municipal compactor trailers in Massachusetts," and "single stream recycling transportation New Hampshire." Website traffic grew alongside: monthly users climbed to 359 and sessions to 408, up from a standing start, with organic search now a leading source of visits. The social program lifted traffic from social from a couple of sessions a month to well over a hundred, with LinkedIn followers up from 419 to 458 and a steady drumbeat of posts on LinkedIn and Facebook.
