Background
David N. Friedman runs two related but distinct New York real estate businesses, with DAB Investments LLC representing the development and investment arm. The company works in an extremely high-end market, with New York City and Tribeca central to its brand story. DAB needed a digital presence that could stand on its own and clearly communicate its role in development rather than blending into the broader operation.
The challenge
Because DAB shares leadership and an office location with a sibling brokerage, its web design and messaging had to make the development focus unmistakable to users and search engines. The site also carried technical SEO gaps, including keyword mapping, meta tags, heading structure, image alt tags, canonicalization, sitemap and robots.txt issues, and 404 cleanup, alongside outdated local-business information that needed correcting.
What we built
We positioned DAB around development, investment, and the transformation of historic New York properties into luxury residences, then carried out website design and development work with a full on-page and technical SEO pass. This covered website analysis, keyword research, meta tag updates, heading and navigation review, image alt tags, URL canonicalization, sitemap and robots.txt updates, and 404 fixes. We set up Google Analytics and Search Console, submitted the sitemap, and supported Google Business Profile accuracy for the separate LLC.
The result
The site is now better positioned as a premium real estate development brand, with a stronger SEO structure, analytics tracking, sitemap support, and a cleaner technical foundation. With Analytics and Search Console in place, DAB has the groundwork for future SEO, content, and reputation efforts.
