Background
MeetGoals comes from iCHARS, a coaching and clinical-hypnosis training institute led by Nitin and Misba Shah. The founders wanted to take the methods they teach, meditation, emotional regulation, goal work, and coaching, and put them in everyone's pocket as a single app. The vision was large from the start: a full content library, courses, subscriptions, a coach network, and the infrastructure to grow to thousands of users.
The challenge
This is not a one-screen app. MeetGoals needed a full audio experience, a course platform, a coaching layer, a subscription and payments engine that works in India and internationally, and an admin panel the team could run everything from, plus cloud infrastructure that could scale. Building all of that as one coherent product across iOS, Android, and the web is a large undertaking, and it has to stay reliable while the product keeps evolving.
What we built
OgreLogic designed and developed MeetGoals end to end:
- Native iOS and Android apps with a custom audio player for guided meditations and hypnotic recordings, organized into a searchable, category-wise library with favorites.
- Courses and structured content, an emotional wellbeing section, and tools for tracking skills and mental state.
- A coaching layer, including coach registration, so the platform can grow beyond a fixed set of content.
- Subscriptions with free and paid plans, promo and coupon codes, lifetime deals, and an affiliate and referral system, with payments through Razorpay (including international payments) and in-app purchases, kept compliant with app store and Digital Services Act rules.
- Analytics and in-app feedback so the team can see engagement and ratings.
- A web admin panel on a Laravel backend to manage all the content, promos, and coaches.
- Cloud infrastructure on the client's own Google Cloud Platform, with website hosting on AWS, set up and sized to scale with their user base.
The result
MeetGoals went live on the App Store and Google Play as a complete platform: apps, admin, backend, and cloud working together. OgreLogic continues to maintain and extend it under an ongoing contract. It is a full-scope product spanning content, commerce, coaching, and infrastructure, built to grow with the business.
