Background
David N. Friedman operates two distinct real estate businesses in New York, with Vertex Realty Group LLC handling brokerage, management, and real estate services backed by his experience in the market. Both companies are tied closely to his personal reputation, and Vertex needed a presence that supported its services, its name, and David's standing as a recognized professional.
The challenge
Vertex and the sibling development company operate from the same office under the same leadership, so the web design and SEO had to keep the brokerage and management role distinct for users, search engines, and Google Business Profile compliance. The site also needed a stronger search foundation, including keyword research and mapping, heading structure, image alt tags, canonicalization, sitemap, and robots.txt review.
What we built
We positioned Vertex around brokerage, management, and real estate services, then delivered website design and development alongside an on-page and technical SEO process adapted to that focus. The work included website analysis, keyword research and mapping, heading tag optimization, navigation review, image alt tag optimization, URL canonicalization fixes, sitemap updates, and robots.txt review. We set up Google Analytics and Search Console, submitted the sitemap, and helped clarify the separate business function, website, and LLC identity for local listings.
The result
Vertex now has a cleaner foundation for search visibility, with better keyword mapping, technical SEO improvements, and tracking infrastructure in place. The result supports future visibility for the company, its services, and David Friedman's personal reputation, and gives the brand a base for ongoing SEO and content work.
